Responsibilities:

• Split day between working on trading desk and education classroom

• Work embedded within trading desk with experienced trader mentor

• Receive training in options theory and decision science from traders

Requirements:

• Students with STEM background and strong quantitative skills

• Exceptional quantitative logical reasoning and analytical skills

• General computer skills required programming skills a plus
