Target is seeking Merchandising & Buying Interns to work on product selection vendor partnerships and inventory management for one of America's favorite retailers.

Responsibilities:

• Support merchandising teams on product assortment and buying decisions

• Analyze sales data inventory levels and customer trends

• Collaborate with vendors on product development and negotiations

• Assist with forecasting planning and allocation strategies

• Present merchandising recommendations and insights to leadership

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Business Merchandising or related field

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel

• Interest in retail merchandising product development and trends

• Excellent communication and relationship management skills

• Expected graduation 2026 or 2027
