Goldman Sachs is recruiting Investment Banking Summer Analysts to work on M&A transactions capital markets deals and strategic advisory for Fortune 500 clients globally.

Responsibilities:

• Support execution of M&A and capital raising transactions for corporate clients

• Build financial models and perform company valuations using DCF comps and precedents

• Prepare pitch books client presentations and transaction marketing materials

• Conduct industry company and market research to support deal teams

• Participate in client meetings due diligence and deal negotiations

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance Economics or related field

• Expected graduation December 2026 through June 2027

• Strong academic performance with demonstrated analytical skills

• Proficiency in Excel PowerPoint and financial modeling

• Excellent communication teamwork and attention to detail
