Responsibilities

• • Support client engagements involving financial analysis and restructuring

• • Conduct financial modeling and valuation analysis

• • Assist with due diligence and transaction support

• • Prepare client deliverables and presentations

Requirements

• • Pursuing bachelor's or completing fifth-year master's program

• • Graduation date between December 2026 - August 2027

• • Major in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Economics, or related field

• • Ability to work 40 hours/week, late May 2026 - August 2026

• • Authorized to work in U.S. on full-time basis (no visa sponsorship)

• • Ability to travel to clients and FTI offices
