Airbnb is seeking Strategic Finance and Analytics Interns to support strategic planning budgeting and analytical decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex business problems using data to provide insights

• Build financial models and conduct market analysis

• Support go-to-market strategy and planning initiatives

• Create executive presentations and dashboards

• Partner with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing MBA at nationally-accredited business school graduating Spring 2026

• 3-5 years of professional experience in FP&A consulting banking or business operations

• Strong organizational skills and process-oriented mindset

• Experience forming working relationships with stakeholders

• Ability to communicate clearly to executive level
