Bank of America is seeking Corporate Banking Analyst Interns to work with middle-market and large corporate clients on lending treasury management and financial solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Support relationship managers on corporate client coverage and deal execution

• Conduct financial analysis credit analysis and industry research

• Prepare credit proposals presentation materials and client deliverables

• Analyze capital structure financing alternatives and working capital solutions

• Participate in client meetings and relationship management activities

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Finance Economics or related field

• Strong financial analysis and accounting skills

• Proficiency in Excel PowerPoint and financial modeling

• Excellent communication and client relationship skills

• Expected graduation December 2026 through June 2027
