Bank of America is seeking Business Analyst Summer Analysts to bridge business and technology working with stakeholders on enterprise solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Work with stakeholders to understand needs analyze problems and capture requirements

• Come up with creative technical problem-solving solutions

• Work cross-functionally with Development Team to execute ideas

• Document processes and workflows for technology projects

• Support teams on latest technology and emerging technical trends

Requirements:

• Pursuing undergraduate or master's degree from accredited university

• Expected graduation between November 2026 and August 2027

• Prior coursework or internship experience in project management or consulting

• Interest in technology consulting and business process improvement

• Strong analytical and communication skills
