Amazon Web Services is seeking HR Leadership Development Program Interns to work on challenging high-visibility projects supporting AWS as global cloud computing leader.
Responsibilities:
• Work on challenging project on Builder Experience Talent Development or related teams
• Support Talent Research Organizational Effectiveness or Compensation initiatives
• Collaborate with Employee Relations Workforce Planning Analytics or ID&E teams
• Partner with HR Business Partners on strategic people initiatives
• Present findings and recommendations to HR leadership
Requirements:
• Currently enrolled in MBA or master's degree program focused on human resources
• Expected graduation conferral date between December 1 2026 and September 30 2027
• Passion for building career in human resources and people operations
• Strong analytical communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work 40 hours per week for 12 consecutive weeks
