How does the matching process actually work?
After you go through our training process, we place you with a company in our network.
What kind of work would I actually be doing?
Our students are doing things that actually matter to the business. For business-majors, think market research that gets presented to leadership, social media and marketing execution, outreach campaigns, operational projects, and business analysis. Real assignments with real deadlines and real feedback from people whose companies depend on the outcome. This is possible because of the companies we deliberately choose to work with. We partner exclusively with venture-backed companies that have raised millions of dollars in funding. At these companies, students work directly alongside key people who can invest in their growth. At a large corporation, you're one of thousands of employees and your day-to-day looks a lot more like fetching coffee and sitting in on meetings you have no context for. What supervision and support does my child receive?
Each student has an assigned mentor who provides 4 weeks of professional development training required for the internship role. They also support students during the internship itself, with weekly checkins and support for any questions and additional training support.
How much time per week does this require?
Most internships are 5-10 hours per week with flexible scheduling. We help students assess fit before applying, and companies understand that school is the priority.
What happens if I don't like the matches I get?

How long do I have to commit to an internship once I start?
